Dr Tonya Lyles is more than an acupuncturist. She is a healing artist,  sound therapist, birth companion, therapeutic food therapist, author, public speaker, performing artist, and workshop facilitator.

Where did Dr Lyles train?
Dr Lyles is a graduate of AOMA Graduate School of Integrative Medicine. She obtained a Master's Degree in Oriental Medicine and minored in Medical Qi Gong and Asian Bodywork in 2011. She completed her doctorate in 2021.

What are her areas of focus?
In 2016, she entered the Doctoral Program at AOMA while completing Sound Therapy certification. She completed her Doctorate in Chinese medicine with an emphasis in herbalism in 2021. Her doctorate level focus was on the integration of Chinese Medicine to improve maternal/fetal health disparities. She has assisted over 20 births using these techniques as a doula and midwife assistant.
